About The Project
The project aims to enhance the social dialogue and quality of employment by guiding social partners towards a better understanding of digital transformation implications on the collective labour agreements (CLAs).
The project results and recommendations will strengthen collective bargaining and social dialogue, increase the flexibility of the labour market, supporting employment in SMEs supporting digital skills, improving SME resilience to crisis situations and increasing the businesses’ (especially, SMEs) innovation.
